This photoshoot was taken about a 100 miles from my house on a 10 degree morning. Young and traditional was the theme. We opted for outdoor traditional with a shoot at a park that would show their age. We had fun with these pictures even with taking breaks every 10 minutes to warm up in the car.

Being my daughter I thought that she would be the perfect subject to photograph. She is a Junior in High School and will be 17 in a few months. We chose to keep the portraits age appropriate but still show that soon she will be a woman in her own right.

Kasey wanted pictures after just having a baby 6 weeks before. I think she looks great! She told me when we started that she wanted pictures of her back tattoo and I think we got a great picture of it!

                 Ruth's Photography is a home based studio in Anderson, Indiana. We specialize in taking pictures to make you smile. We are open for appointments 24 hours a day which makes us very unique to fit your schedule.

                 Ruth's Photography is a green photography studio that was named after my grandmother Ruth. She was a unique woman with the taste for all things beautiful but unique. Based on her philosophy that everything old can be made new again we are currently a GREEN studio. What do I mean by green? Almost all items used in the creation, daily operation and continued updating are resused, recycled or second hand finds.

                 At this time we are only doing digital prints. What does that mean? It means that all your photographs will be given to you on a CD with a release so that you may print only what you want. No need to waste preciose resources for photographs that you will just leave in a envelope and never use. We use no ink, paper or chemicals unwisely.
